| ORDER PROCESS First, call or e-mail us to "book" your shipment. We will provide you with a booking confirmation indicating where to deliver your shipments, required delivery dates, vessel name and sailing/arrival information. You will need this info when you deliver to our warehouse or when your boxes are picked up. You will also receive packing list/bill of lading forms to fill up and send along with your shipments. This multi-page form will act as a receipt for your goods, a contract of carriage and a method of delivery receipt by your consignee in the Philippines. TIPS TO FOLLOW  Your boxes should
be standard or jumbo size. We strongly recommend a double walled corrugated
box to be used and some form of plastic waterproof bag inserted to
protect the contents from moisture. The boxes should
be sealed with strong packaging tape with the corners taped for added
protection. Label or print
with waterproof pen both shipper and consignee names, addresses and
telephone numbers. Packing List/Bill
of Lading should be completed in full per the requirements of Philippine
customs. Also note the back of the form for further information. |
